Eversheds joins London Universities Purchasing Consortium

    Law firm Eversheds has been appointed to the London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC) Legal Services Framework Agreement following a highly competitive tender process.

    Under the agreement, the Eversheds team, led by Diane Gilhooley, Head of Education at Eversheds, will provide full service legal advice across all areas including employment, commercial and finance, student matters and litigation, property, constitutional and regulatory.

    LUPC is a not-for-profit professional buying organisation, that generates savings and better value for its members through the collaborative procurement of goods and services. LUPC’s objective is to ensure that it receives quality and competitive legal services for its members and it will work closely with chosen providers throughout the term of the agreement to achieve greater value for money.

    The framework, which went live on 1 September 2014, will be in place until August 2017 with an option to extend to 2018.

    Diane Gilhooley, said:
