Eversheds Sutherland Belgium appoints Benjamin Haberkorn as Corporate M&A Partner

Eversheds Sutherland Belgium has appointed Benjamin Haberkorn as Corporate M&A Partner, who joins the Brussels office from January 2020.
Benjamin Haberkorn has over 20 years' experience, during which time he has built his reputation as a highly-experienced M&A lawyer. He will grow the presence of the Brussels team, working closely with Eversheds Sutherland's international teams.
Haberkorn will advise and assist an increasing number of domestic and international clients on a variety of M&A transactions (sale or acquisition of companies, transfer of assets or businesses, private equity/venture capital transactions, management buy-outs, restructurings, joint ventures, etc).
As a Partner in the Corporate M&A team, he will seek to develop this practice by leveraging on his existing client base and the international network.
Eversheds Sutherland Brussels is furthering the development of its corporate M&A practice to increase and consolidate its presence on the M&A market in Belgium.
