Eversheds Sutherland combines with FCB in Portugal, Angola and Mozambique

    70+ strong legal practice joins Eversheds Sutherland’s Europe team

    Eversheds Sutherland announced today that it has strengthened its position in Europe and Africa by combining with leading full-service law firm FCB in Portugal, and its associated firms in Angola and Mozambique.

    FCB has a long-standing relationship with the firm and this combination will enable Eversheds Sutherland to expand its offering to its global client base across three new markets.

    As a highly rated full-service company commercial law firm, FCB advises international clients on all aspects of their legal requirements from three offices in Portugal, Lisbon, Porto and Faro, and offices in Mozambique and Angola through associated local firms.

    Working closely with the firm’s Spanish office, its Portuguese practice will provide clients with a wide breadth of experience across Iberia, an important region for the global firm which will also deepen its connections and coverage for clients in Africa and Latin America.

    FCB’s strong international client base is predominately located in the US, UK, Germany and France.
