Helping Brewin Dolphin invest in its future

    Advising on its new London Head Office at 25 Cannon Street

    Eversheds Sutherland has advised financial services firm Brewin Dolphin on the 15-year lease of its new London head office.

    A cross-practice team from Eversheds Sutherland advised Brewin Dolphin on its move to new premises at 25 Cannon Street, London. The team advised on all aspects of the move including on a Development Agreement to take three discrete leases for office space within the building when it has been refurbished. The team also advised during negotiations including on complex variations to the headlease and an agreement to take control of the reception whilst Brewin Dolphin is the tenant of the office areas.

    Eversheds Sutherland has advised Brewin Dolphin since 2016 throughout the UK on its portfolio of offices. Brewin Dolphin expect to move into the premises in July 2022, after a period of refurbishment. 

    The team was led by Tom Goldsmith, Client Partner for Brewin Dolphin, with support from Paul Beausang, Partner, Tax, Emma Kennedy, Principal Associate, Real Estate, Lucy Chadwick, Principal Associate, Construction, and Emma Shepheard, Associate, Real Estate.
