Huboo Technologies looks to Eversheds Sutherland on strategic double acquisition

    Eversheds Sutherland has advised Huboo Technologies (Huboo) on its double acquisition of Roseta.io and New Vision Software (New Vision).

    Launched less than five years ago, Huboo is a fast-growing, award-winning eCommerce fulfilment provider, which is expanding rapidly across Europe. Its technology enables online retailers to quickly access and complete end-to-end fulfilment operations.

    In Autumn 2021, Huboo raised c£85m of expansion capital and is hotly tipped to become one of the UK’s next ‘unicorns’ with a valuation of more than $1bn.

    Roseta.io creates fully-integrated cloud solutions to meet the growing demands of the eCommerce industry, while New Vision Software is a specialist software company that builds, manages and supports bespoke software for eCommerce.

    Eversheds Sutherland advised on the full lifecycle of the corporate transaction including deal structuring, negotiation and execution. The team was led by corporate Partner Jon Gill and included: Partner Danny Blum (employee incentives), Principal Associate Michael Hardiman (employment), Senior Associate Tom Jackson (corporate), Associate Richard Meakins (corporate), Associate Emily Gaffney (tax), Associate Alvin Au (commercial) and Associate Eleanor Durcan (employment).
