Eversheds Sutherland relocates its Ipswich office to a new flexible and functional office space

Eversheds Sutherland has successfully completed the move of its Ipswich office to new modern premises, leaving its Franciscan House location after 21 years, for a newly designed open-plan office in the centre of town.

Ipswich employees recently moved into their new, 3,500 sq ft surroundings, situated in an energy efficient building - with a BREEAM very good standard/EPC Rated A - just a few minutes from Ipswich station.

The new office is located at:

    159 Princes St

    Ipswich IP1 1QJ

The new modern, bright, flexible and functional fitout was completed by the award-winning team at Overbury. Together with essential technology upgrades, including Windows 10 HP laptops, the Eversheds Sutherland team in Ipswich has also received new telephone handsets and headsets which have been introduced as part of the modern upgrade.

Nicola Lashmar, Partner and Head of Corporate Claims, Ipswich commented:

“We are delighted to be in our new home in the centre of Ipswich, it’s a great working environment for the team. The investment demonstrates Eversheds Sutherland’s commitment to the Ipswich team and the corporate claims practice, whose knowledge and experience is valued by our clients and differentiates us from our competitors. We have focused on creating a working environment which provides a range of options for our people, is an easy walk to local transport links, and supports our wider wellbeing agenda. The inclusion of a shower room, wellness suite, and our team’s indoor bike, which has made the move with us, are great additions to our office.”

In addition, the new open-plan space houses desks with booths installed for permanent staff and visitors, and space created for agile working, break out areas, Boardroom, client and internal meeting rooms, and an outdoor balcony which can be used as a working environment on warm, dry days. The office also provides limited parking spaces for its people and visitors.
