Eversheds appoints corporate finance partner Alison Starr

    Law firm Eversheds has announced the appointment of corporate finance partner Alison Starr who joins from Pinsent Masons where she was a partner.

    Alison has particular expertise in equity capital market transactions and advises both corporates and investment banks in relation to M&A and takeovers, IPOs, public fundraisings and Listing Rules and compliance issues.

    Alison’s recent work includes advising Tyman plc on its $200m US acquisition, together with its stock market fundraise and move to the main market of the London Stock Exchange, advising Kromek on its IPO, advising EMIS on its acquisition of Ascribe and its related fundraising and advising Marshalls, Communisis and The 600 Group on M&A and stock exchange transactions.
