Eversheds grows its litigation practice with new partner hire

    Eversheds has strengthened its litigation team in its Mauritius office with the appointment of Nitish Hurnaum who joined from the Chambers of Gavin Glover on 1 February 2016.

    Since leaving the UK in 2005, Nitish was admitted to the Mauritian Bar and has been involved in both litigation and advisory work. His practice areas include intellectual property, litigation and arbitration, public procurement, competition and data protection law.

    As Counsel for a leading international software corporation as well as owners of a portfolio of internationally known brands, Nitish has extensive experience in intellectual property matters. He has acted on a number of noteworthy cases and has participated in various workshops and conferences, including one co-hosted by the World Intellectual Property Organisation.
