Reflect and reset: achieving resilience in uncertain times Health & Safety Summer School 2022

Synopsis

Eversheds Sutherland are pleased to announce that the annual Health & Safety Summer School will this year be in person, taking place on 21 and 22 September at Lady Margaret Hall in Oxford.

This safety summer school brings together a mix of expert speakers to cover evergreen hot topics including changing workplace behaviours, safety by design, wellbeing and the growing influence of technology in the risk management exercise. To reinforce the learning, and increase the opportunity to learn from peers, there will be an immersive theatre experience and Q&A throughout.

The Programme includes:

  • building safety to reflect human behaviour

  • recognition of work-related suicides

  • encouraging teamwork in 'high risk' environments

  • compliance in the new normal

  • the work of safety or the safety of work?

  • trends from recent cases
