A Financial Services Disputes and Investigations Roundtable Series - Session 1: Cyber & Privacy

Who should attend

Please join us for this virtual session, focusing on cyber security and privacy, the importance of demonstrating an ability to respond to and recover from significant disruption, and how to deliver resilience in the face of disruption.

Synopsis

The global financial services industry continues to evolve at a rapid pace. The management of investigations, litigation and regulatory scrutiny, cast against the backdrop of increasing cyber threats and ESG concerns, requires new skills and a fresh way of thinking. This series will explore the key issues affecting the financial services industry.

Increasingly, financial institutions are recognising that operational resilience is as important as financial resilience. High-profile technological failures, an increasing number of cyber-attacks and exponential growth in the digital and technological infrastructure all contribute to increasing levels of scrutiny.
