Indian employment law training
Who should attend
This Indian employment law training course is relevant to international HR managers and directors who have responsibility for employees in India. It will also be useful to managers and directors who anticipate entering the Indian market and who need to be aware of their responsibilities to their people.
Synopsis
This introductory course will provide a legislative overview, highlighting key areas and giving you practical insights through a case study approach. Led by two Indian employment lawyers, the course is designed to help HR professionals who need to work within the legal system and develop the correct approaches to manage their staff in India.
