Who should attend
This session is designed to provide you with a clear understanding of why investigations are important, how they should be conducted and the skills and techniques required of investigators. We will consider the legal context in which investigations take place and the potential risk areas if a proper investigation is not undertaken.
Synopsis
We will provide an overview of each stage of the investigation process, from planning to the preparation of an investigation report. We will also examine some of the legal and practical challenges that you may face when conducting an investigation and how those may be managed.
