PMI Award in pension trusteeship training course
Who should attend
This intensive course is aimed at professional or experienced trustees and specifically those preparing for the PMI APT qualification. It assumes a good level of knowledge and is not suited to those who are new to pensions.
Synopsis
The Pensions Management Institute’s Award in Pension Trusteeship (PMI APT), also known as Unit 1 of the Level 3 Certificate in Pension Trusteeship, is a longstanding industry qualification. Anyone wanting to become accredited as a professional trustee via either the PMI or the Association of Professional Pension Trustees route must now pass the PMI APT exam. Accreditation is fast becoming the norm.
Our online training programme is designed to draw on our long experience of successfully helping trustees to prepare for the PMI APT qualification. It uses pre-recorded modules to cover the core elements of the syllabus and work through example questions. The programme also includes two live, interactive sessions hosted by trainers who have passed the exam, to cover examination technique and encourage Q&A discussion.
The programme is available to individual or small groups of trustees.
The next PMI APT exam is due to take place on 27 September 2023 - if you wish to sit this exam, you must apply to
the PMI
by 16:00 pm on 17 July. Exams normally take place in September and March.
