  • setting up French SARL to provide underwriting services for a Bermuda insurer and Lloyd’s managing agency, utilizing French personnel, and developing operating guidelines and documentation for compliance with French, UK and Bermuda law
  • conducting a global compliance review of insurance regulatory, tax and data privacy requirements in 80 countries governing life, accident and health insurance offered to employees of multinational corporations on a cross border basis
  • providing Europe-wide advice on local laws and regulations in relation to the online sale of insurance policies for tablet computers
  • regularly monitoring the implementation of the Insurance Distribution Directive in 56 jurisdictions
