International Arbitration

Ranked in the top 14 practices worldwide by the Global Arbitration Review, our Latin America Arbitration Group is comprised of an experienced international team who can provide genuine insight and tailored legal advice on your inbound and outbound matters, and on international arbitrations across Latin America.

We regularly represent companies, financial institutions, and states in major commercial and investment treaty arbitrations internationally as well as both claimant investors and respondent states in disputes arising under multilateral and bilateral investment treaties. We can act for you in international commercial arbitration proceedings across Latin America, with specialization in energy, construction and infrastructure, telecommunications, manufacturing, trading and commodities, and financial services under all major arbitration institutions.

Hospitality and Leisure
