Recent experience in global construction and engineering law projects

  • Advising China National Nuclear Corporation on its ongoing joint venture with EDF to construct, develop and operate the Hinkley Point C nuclear power project in the UK with a total investment of more than £20 billion.
  • Advising Manchester Airport on its joint venture with Beijing Construction Engineering Group and other investors to build Airport City, a £800 million business district project in the UK.
  • Advising A major Chinese oil company on its pipeline project in Central Asia.
  • Advising A major Chinese oil company on an arbitration proceeding related to certain ownership interests in a pipeline located in Sudan.
