The joining of a new team
Welcome new Co-Managing Partner, Senior Associate and two Associates
We are pleased to introduce our new partner Bořivoj Líbal, who together with attorneys Barbora Šafaříková, David Němeček and Marek Poloni will strengthen the team in our Prague office.

The Prague office was also awarded in Corporate/M&A (Band 4). The Bratislava office also received a ranking in Employment (Band 3) and was also awarded in the field of Energy (Band 3).
Eversheds Sutherland advised on sale of EMOS group
We advised Mr. Jiří Lupač, as the seller, with a sale of EMOS group to Legrand. EMOS is a major CEE developer, distributor, and re-seller of home electrical appliances with main operations in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, and Slovenia.
Eversheds Sutherland acts for Hartenberg Capital
Eversheds Sutherland deal team led by Michal Hrabovský in our Prague office along with Gavin O’Flaherty, a member of our healthcare M&A and private equity team out of our Dublin office, supported by five additional offices across our international firm, acted for Hartenberg Capital on its divestiture of a minority stake and agreement with CVC Capital Partners for a co-controlling holding in FutureLife.
