Litigation, Czech Republic

We advise and/or represent clients in relation to various types of litigation, arbitration, enforcement and insolvency proceedings, with local as well as foreign elements, in the Czech Republic and abroad. We represent our clients in proceedings on enforcement of their claims and also provide management of large portfolios of claims.

We have acquired wide-ranging experience particularly in tax related disputes or disputes related to development contracts and unfair competition. We advise our clients upon first occurrence of any risk of a dispute, analysing, in particular, possible steps, risks and related costs.

Legal services provided by our team include namely advice on:

  • Analysing possible solutions to the dispute, related risks, proposing adequate alternatives for further procedure.
  • Drafting relevant procedural documents, including applications for preliminary injunctions, actions, responses, appeals, applications for extraordinary remedial measures and constitutional complaints.
  • Representing clients at all stages of the proceedings, including execution proceedings.
  • Management of portfolios of receivables, including their enforcement.
