    Eversheds Sutherland Ots&Co nõustas Lindström Oy-d pesupesemisteenust pakkuva ettevõtete grupi ostmisel Eestis.

    Eestis peamiselt vaiba- ja tekstiili rendi alal tegutsev Lindström Oy  on üks juhtivaid Euroopa tekstiiliteenuste ettevõtteid.

    Tehingumeeskonda kuulusid juhtivpartner Maivi Ots, vandeadvokaat Dmitri Zdobnõh, assisteerisid juristid Erika Tuvike ja Siim Olev.
