Eversheds Sutherland advised IPF Digital AS on receiving an e-money institution authorization, which allows IPF Digital AS to issue e-money and to provide several payment services.
IPF Digital AS is the leading consumer creditor in Estonia, operating under the trademark Credit24 and being part of the London Stock Exchange listed International Personal Finance Group.
