Advising financial institutions in administration, and otherwise experiencing difficulties in resolving their problems, having unique experience in this field in Estonia as well as in other Baltic States.
- Legal verification of portfolio management agreements, e-money and other service agreements, i.a. their compliance with the Estonian law and the relevant directives governing the financial sector in the European Union.
