The main areas of our expertise include:
- legal assistance on various intellectual property aspects of M&A and corporate structuring transactions, including intra-group transfers and other issues;
- advice on the protection of trademarks, patents, industrial design, know-how, trade secrets and copyrights, including issues related to electronic commerce;
- preparation of licence agreements and contracts on assignment of intellectual property rights and sale of products of intellectual activities;
- enforcement of anti-counterfeiting measures and protection of branded products;
- intellectual property due diligence.

Recent assignments:
- Advising Ignite OÜ in drafting a software development contract, which provides a possibility to develop software by applying the agile methodology. The developed contract form is one of the first of this kind in Estonia.
- Advising Titanium Systems OÜ in matters concerning intellectual property and software licensing at the local level and beyond Estonia, i.a. in drafting and negotiating a contract on transferring the copyright of web-based car rental software.
- Defending and representing an accused in a pioneering criminal case concerning spreading of computer viruses and confiscation of a personal computer, which eventually reached the Supreme Court.
