  • Advising AS Wendre in connection with the transfer of the production building in Võhma, as well as in acquiring a 2 ha production property in Pärnu.
  • Advising Al Mare Majad OÜ in matters concerning construction and renting out of the building situated at Rocca al Mare.
  • Advising Stevara OÜ in connection with the acquisition of registered immovables, incl. the shopping centre and the apartments related to the Pärnu Keskus, from bankrupted companies, the sale of the shopping centre property and transfer of the operating business thereof. Our assistance also included conducting the legal due diligence, development of auction strategies and holding negotiations.
  • Advising OÜ Golfer in drafting and negotiating the turn-key construction contract of the Tahkuranna Golf Centre.
  • Advising Est Wind Power OÜ in connection with a wind farm development in various matters concerning contract law, company law, property law, and other legal matters.
  • Advising Pintmann Group in connection with construction law matters concerning a hotel annex.
