Eversheds Sutherland Wierzbowski doradcą LITGRID AB przy umowie ws. budowy podmorskiego połączenia energetycznego między Polską i Litwą

Zespół Kontraktów Publicznych i Energetyki warszawskiego biura Eversheds Sutherland wspierał LITGRID AB, litewskiego operatora sieci przesyłowych, w związku z zawarciem umowy o współpracy z polskim operatorem w zakresie realizacji „Harmony Link” – podmorskiego kabla prądu stałego, łączącego systemy elektroenergetyczne Polski i Litwy.

„Harmony Link” – projekt o wartości około 680 milionów euro – będzie drugim „mostem energetycznym” między Polską a Litwą. Pierwszym było połączenie „LitPol”.

Projekt ze strony kancelarii wspierali: Michał Drozdowicz (Partner), Łukasz Petelski (Senior Associate), Aleksandra Nowak (wszyscy z zespołu Kontraktów Publicznych i Energetyki), Krzysztof Feluch (Of Counsel w zespole M&A), Joanna Polkowska (Senior Associate w zespole Commercial) oraz dr Dariusz Aziewicz (Associate w zespole Commercial).
