Wierzbowski Eversheds co-organizes seminar on “Legal and Economic Aspects of Business Secrecy”

A seminar entitled “Legal and Economic Aspects of Business Secrecy” will be held on 26 February 2013 at the offices of Wierzbowski Eversheds in Warsaw. The event is jointly organized by the law firm and Centrum Promocji Informatyki.

The agenda for the seminar will cover such issues as:

  • Information that may be subject to business secrecy
  • Losses to a company and to the economy that may result from disclosure of key confidential information
  • Combating disclosure of business secrets and effective enforcement of related claims.

The seminar is designed for individual entrepreneurs, management board members, staff from legal and HR departments, IT directors, and anyone involved in corporate information protection policy.
