Workshop on companies and capital groups

A workshop entitled “The Company in a Capital Group: Legal and Business Environment and Organizational Conditions” will be held on 27–28 February 2013 at the Sofitel Warsaw Victoria Hotel. The workshop is organized by Bonnier Business Polska. Wierzbowski Eversheds is a topic partner of the event.

The workshop will be addressed to such topics as:

  • The newest regulations on operation of a company within a capital group
  • Structural forms of organization and methods for implementing changes
  • Issues connected with optimization of financial instruments.

The workshop is designed for CEOs, management board members, and directors of strategy, development, compliance, finance, analysis, accounting and tax.
