Public-Private Partnership in the Healthcare Sector

A workshop on public-private partnership in the healthcare sector will be held on 8 April 2013 at the headquarters of the Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan. The event is organized by the PPP Centre.

The event will feature presentation and discussion of such issues as:

  • PPP projects in the Polish healthcare industry from the perspective of the private partner, the financing institution and advisers
  • Pros and cons of various models for carrying out PPP projects
  • Financial aspects of PPP projects in the healthcare sector.

The workshop is designed to promote the use of the public-private partnership approach in Poland. The workshop is intended for representatives of public entities.

Our law firm will be represented by Arwid Mednis and Tomasz Korczyński, specialists in PPP issues, who will review issues of best practices in PPP in the field of healthcare. At the end of the workshop they will also take part in a panel discussion and Q&A session.
