Public-Private Partnership in the Transport Sector

A workshop on public-private partnership in the transport sector will be held on 17 April 2013 at the headquarters of the Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan. The event is organized by the PPP Centre.

The workshop will address such issues as PPP projects that have been successfully implemented in the transport sector, financial aspects of PPP projects in the transport sector, and the bankability of PPP projects.

The workshop is designed to promote the use of the public-private partnership approach in Poland. The workshop is intended for representatives of public entities.

Our law firm will be represented by Arwid Mednis and Tomasz Korczyński, specialists in PPP issues, who will review issues of best practices in PPP in the transport sector. At the end of the workshop they will also take part in a panel discussion and Q&A session.
