Polish Litigation, Mediation and Arbitration Congress 2013

The Polish Litigation, Mediation and Arbitration Congress will be held on 25 June 2013 at the Polonia Palace Hotel in Warsaw. The event is organized by the Allerhand Institute.

The conference will cover issues relevant to conducting arbitration, mediation, and judicial proceedings in civil matters.

Our law firm will be represented by Iwo Gabrysiak, a partner who co-heads the Litigation team. He will take part in a session devoted to class actions, providing an overview of the first three years the class action law has been in effect in Poland.
