Practical Aspects of Data Protection Management in Capital Groups

A workshop entitled “Practical Aspects of Data Protection Management in Capital Groups” will be held on 10–11 March 2014 at the Warsaw Sheraton Hotel. The event is organized by MMC Polska.

The event will cover such issues as:

Planned changes in data protection regulations
Data flow within a capital group
Outsourcing of personal data processing within a capital group
Processing of personal data in the cloud
Sharing of marketing data within a capital group.

Our law firm will be represented by partner Dr Arwid Mednis, head of the Electronic Communications team and the Privacy, Information and Communication Technologies team, who will present case studies on data protection based on examples of decisions by Poland’s Inspector General for Personal Data Protection.
