Global Life Sciences Conference in Warsaw

The second event in the “Global Life Sciences Conference in Warsaw” series will be held on 2 October 2014 at the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The conference is organized by WDM Capital, Filipex Enterprises and Wedbush Europe.

During the conference, institutional investors, fund managers and analysts covering the life science industry will discuss new investment opportunities in Poland generated by the dynamic growth and innovation in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and healthcare. Companies conducting R&D will present their innovative projects and the market prospects and financial potential of the life science field.

The speakers will include two partners from our firm: attorney Ewa Szlachetka, head of the M&A practice, and Dr Krzysztof Haładyj, head of the capital markets and banking & finance teams. Together they will discuss the possibilities for issuers from the United States to list on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
