Revenue Bonds: A New Concept for Financing Local Governments?

A workshop entitled “Revenue Bonds: A New Concept for Financing Local Governments?” will be held on 6 March 2015 at Millennium Plaza in Warsaw. The event is organized by Centrum Kreowania Liderów.

The workshop is divided into two parts:

  • A legal session, led by Dr Krzysztof Haładyj, head of the Banking and Finance practice at Wierzbowski Eversheds
  • A finance session, led by Jacek Dąbrowski, Project Director in the Department of Structural Financing and Consulting at Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego.

In the legal session, Dr Haładyj will discussion such issues as:

  • The nature of revenue bonds as a debt security
  • Profile of issuers and the subject of financing
  • Issue procedure and documentation
  • Use of revenue bonds as an instrument for financing public projects.
