Legal and Tax Aspects of Clinical Trial Agreements: Practical Issues

A workshop entitled “Legal and Tax Aspects of Clinical Trial Agreements: Practical Issues” will be held on 11 March 2015 in Warsaw. The event is organized by Centrum Promocji Informatyki.

The topics covered will include:

  • Key legal and tax issues when negotiating and concluding agreements with parties involved in clinical trials
  • Standard contract provisions
  • The most frequent remarks and comments from research facilities and clinical trial investigators.

The training will be led by attorney at law Marta Gadomska-Gołąb, head of the Life Sciences team at Wierzbowski Eversheds, and Karolina Stawowska, tax adviser and head of Tax Advisory.
