Development and Functioning of Utility Transmission Easements in Practice

A workshop entitled “Development and Functioning of Utility Transmission Easements in Practice” will be held on 16–17 March 2015 at the Sheraton Hotel in Warsaw. The event is organized by MMC Polska.

The event will cover such issues as:

  • Court rulings on utility transmission easements
  • Limitations on use of real estate
  • Legal title to real estate for new development projects.

Our law firm will be represented by attorney at law Łukasz Jankowski, manager of the Energy Law practice, who will give a presentation entitled “Utility transmission easements: Maintenance of equipment without the owner’s consent,” discussing:

  • The need for immediate intervention to conduct urgent renovation and repair work on utility equipment
  • The role of the right to access private property and conduct necessary work.
