3rd Polish Tax Law Congress

The 3rd Polish Tax Law Congress will be held on 14 April 2015 at the Polonia Palace Hotel in Warsaw. The event is organized by the Allerhand Institute, and the honorary patrons include the National Chamber of Tax Advisers.

The conference will be devoted to the challenges facing tax law in Poland in the upcoming months, including:

  • Guidelines and progress in work on the tax code
  • Tax fraud by organized criminal groups
  • Transfer pricing issues.

Our law firm will be represented by Karolina Stawowska, who heads the Tax Advisory practice. In a breakout session entitled “The future of tax optimization in the context of CFC and BEPS,” she will discuss the introduction of taxation on controlled foreign corporations in Poland—factual circumstances and practical consequences.
