The 48th seminar in the Corporate Intelligence series will be held on 3 November 2015 in Warsaw. The topic will be practical aspects of open-source intelligence and legal methods for obtaining business information. One of the speakers will be Tomasz Zalewski of Wierzbowski Eversheds.

Tomasz Zalewski, the partner in charge of the firm’s e-business, intellectual property and public procurement teams, will give a presentation entitled “Legal boundaries for obtaining economic information and data: Access to public information in the context of gathering business intelligence.” He will address issues of trade secrets, statutory contractual grounds for protection of confidential information, and access to public information as a source of data for further processing. Part of his presentation will be devoted to public procurement procedures as a source of business data.
