FIDIC for Practitioners

A workshop entitled “FIDIC for Practitioners” will be held on 19 November 2015 in Warsaw. The event is organized by the firm Personalities in conjunction with AON and Wierzbowski Eversheds.

The workshop will cover such issues as:

  • General and particular conditions of contract published by the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC)
  • Adaptation of FIDIC conditions to Polish law, with particular reference to the Public Procurement Law
  • The role of the contract engineer.

From our law firm, the workshop will be led by Dr. Aneta Wala, an attorney on the Public Procurement team.
