Auction system: New support rules for renewable energy sources
A seminar entitled “Auction system: New support rules for renewable energy sources—State aid, rules, practical tips, feasibility analysis” will be held on 1 December 2015 in Warsaw. The speakers will include Łukasz Jankowski and Jakub Kasnowski from Wierzbowski Eversheds.

The speakers will include Łukasz Jankowski, head of the firm’s Energy practice, and Jakub Kasnowski, a lawyer from the same team. They will give a presentation entitled “Legal grounds governing the support system for renewable energy sources.”
The seminar is designed for representatives of industrial customers, the conventional power industry, the renewable energy industry, wastewater treatment plants, waste utilization plants, incinerators, public administration, and all entities interested in participating in the auction system.
