Open-source intelligence and detective finding of information for the security of business transactions
On 7 June 2016 in Warsaw, the 53rd seminar in the cycle of Corporate Information will be held – Open-source interview and detective finding of information for the security of business transactions. Tomasz Zalewski was invited to the group of speakers.
The programme will include, among others:
- Increasing the safety of business transactions.
- Credit information agency as an information source of open-source intelligence. Competition intelligence - the methods of checking the business rivals. What information and intelligence analysis do the Polish companies order?
- Opportunities and threats for the functioning of the open-source intelligence and development of the credit information agencies. Financial statements of companies as a source of intelligence - what to find, where to look?
- Legal limits of lawful acquisition of information in the tasks of the open-source intelligence and detective finding of economic information
Tomasz Zalewski was invited to give a lecture on the Rules for the protection of confidential information in business practice. His lecture will cover, among others:
- What is and what is not a trade secret? Examples and cases.
- Confidential and open – where is the boundary?
- How to practically protect the company's secret?
- statutory protection
- contractual protection (NDA)
- technical protection
- protection in court proceedings
- The secret of the company in the cloud
- Limitations of the secret protection in public procurement
