ECCO Symposium #13 

ECCO's 13th Symposium will take place on 20 and 21 October 2016 at Euronaval exhibition in Paris-Le Bourget. Both days will be dedicated to Europe with presentations from representatives from a selection of member states. One of the speakers will be Tomasz Zalewski, head of our procurement practice.

A number of important events in recent months will lead to a certainly thorough review of the organization of European defence. The Brexit, terrorism, immigration are topics that will undoubtedly challenge the existing directives. ECCO’s Symposium #13 will bring together experts from several countries to try to understand where Europe is heading. Presentations will be followed by Q&A sessions and/or roundtables with speakers.

ECCO has invited prominent offset figures from, inter alia, Belgium, Lithuania, Poland and the Netherlands.

The following sessions are scheduled during the forum:

  • Defend procurement and offset in Europe
  • Offset between European principles and national (legal) practice
  • The future of the Common Security Defence Policy after Brexit
  • Management Software as an offset instrument
  • Offset in Lithuania
  • Offset in Netherland
  • Offset in the European legislation: the rules of the game

The European Club for Countertrade and Offset (ECCO) is an Association incorporated under French law and established in 2010. It aims to bring together parties involved in Offsets, Industrial Participation and/or countertrade activities.

W dniu 7 czerwca 2016 roku w Warszawie odbędzie się 53. seminarium w cyklu Informatyka Korporacyjna - Biały wywiad i detektywistyczne pozyskiwanie informacji dla bezpieczeństwa obrotu gospodarczego. Do grona prelegentów zaproszony został Tomasz Zalewski.
W programie spotkania między innymi:
• Podnoszenie bezpieczeństwa obrotu gospodarczego
• Wywiadownie gospodarcze jako źródła informacji białego wywiadu. Wywiad konkurencyjny – metody sprawdzania rywali biznesowych. Jakie informacje i analizy wywiadowcze zamawiają polskie firmy?
• Szanse i zagrożenia dla funkcjonowania białego wywiadu i rozwoju wywiadowni gospodarczych. Sprawozdania finansowe firm jako źródła wywiadowcze - co znaleźć, gdzie szukać?
• Prawne granice legalnego pozyskiwania informacji w realizacji zadań białego wywiadu i detektywistycznego pozyskiwania informacji gospodarczych.
Tomasz Zalewski zaproszony został do poprowadzenia prelekcji pt. Zasady ochrony informacji poufnych w praktyce biznesowej. W planie jego wykładu znajdą się m.in.:
• Co jest a co nie jest tajemnicą przedsiębiorstwa? Przykłady i kazusy
• Poufne a jawne - gdzie jest granica?
• Jak praktycznie chronić tajemnicę przedsiębiorstwa?
