Digital currencies - definitional and regulatory problems
On 9 December 2016, at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, a scientific conference called Digital Currencies - definitional and regulatory problems, will be held. The organiser of the event is the Department of Civil and Banking Law of the University. Paweł Kuskowski, head of Regulatory Risk and Compliance practice was invited to give a presentation. The conference will be broadcasted.
Paweł Kuskowski will conduct a presentation entitled: Digital currency and money laundering, and financing of terrorism from the perspective of financial institutions.
