“Our clients increasingly seek legal support in disputes of a criminal nature,” said Maciej Jóźwiak, head of the dispute resolution team at Wierzbowski Eversheds Sutherland. “Both global organizations and local businesses deal with events requiring notification of criminal offenses. To meet these expectations, we sought a specialist offering the highest level of legal support and ensuring that our clients’ matters are conducted with the utmost care. Magdalena Bartosiewicz provides us this certainty. It is also in our clients’ best interest to avoid situations that could give rise to criminal liability, so Magdalena’s experience advising clients on a whole range of compliance issues is also invaluable to us. I’m very pleased that we have begun working together.”
