Icos Capital announced the completion of a new round of equity investment into Reliability Solutions Sp. z o.o. (RS) with EEC Magenta as the other co-investor. In legal matters both funds were advised by team of VC lawyers of Eversheds Sutherland Poland consisting of Michał Karwacki (partner), Natalia Burchardt (senior associate), Kamil Ciodyk (lawyer) and Anna Wesołowska (lawyer). RS is a fast growth predictive & prescriptive analytics company delivering deep learning based Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics solutions for Industrial Operational Excellence to the industry. Icos Capital joined funding to help, inter alias, in the current expansion of RS technology into foreign markets.

RS helps to deal with a range of problems encountered in modern industry - predicting any kind of unwanted events, analizing different problem-solving scenarios, proposing the most cost-effective solutions and finally - optimizing the entire process. Such approach creates completely new opportunities and opens the door for Industry 4.0.
