Aneta Ziemak-Majchrowska, specializing in public procurement law, and Ernest Łuczak, a specialist in consulting for the energy sector, joined the Governments & Energy practice at Eversheds Sutherland Poland. They are both attorneys at law and as Associates they will strengthen the team led by Michał Drozdowicz.

Aneta Ziemak-Majchrowska specializes in public contracts. She also deals with commercial law, negotiating and servicing agreements, as well as court and out-of-court dispute resolution. She also has extensive experience in providing comprehensive legal services to enterprises and public institutions. She represents clients in disputes before common courts and the National Appeals Chamber. She advises clients in the energy, oil and gas, infrastructure, rolling stock, environment, medicine and justice sectors. Her experience also includes legal services for projects co-financed from EU funds.

Ernest Łuczak specializes in providing services to entities from the energy sector, in particular investors operating in the renewable energy segment. He participated in concession proceedings before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office. He participated in researches on photovoltaic projects and worked on a number of M&A transactions on the Polish market. He supported clients in negotiating key agreements for entities implementing renewable energy investments (PPA and EPC agreements). He also has experience in the field of real estate law. Besides the above, he also dealt with ongoing corporate advice for entrepreneurs - including the preparation and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts. He also advised international entities on their current business activities.
