Eversheds Sutherland advises SilverTree Equity and Perwyn on acquisition of SALESmanago

Eversheds Sutherland lawyers from offices in Poland, UK and the Netherlands have advised technology-focused private equity investor SilverTree Equity Partners and Perwyn, a family-backed private equity and growth capital investor, on its acquisition of Krakow-headquartered SALESmanago from 3TS Capital and others.

SALESmanago is a leading SaaS no-code CDP & Marketing Automation platform, and has been recognised by both the Financial Times and Deloitte as one of Europe’s fastest growing companies. SilverTree and Perwyn have committed to significant growth equity to fuel SALESmanago’s expansion. This transaction provides the business with further capital and resources to become a global leader in the strategic and high-growth mid-market CDP & marketing automation market. The investment will also allow SALESmanago to continue to win business from blue chip companies and to deliver a feature-rich, cloud native product with a short time to market and proven customer value.

The multi-jurisdictional Eversheds Sutherland team, which included colleagues from across the UK, the Netherlands and Poland, was led by corporate Partners Jon Gill and Lizzy Tindall and comprised: Partners Tom Van Wijngaarden, Ewa Szlachetka (head of the Polish team), Wieger ten Hove (all corporate), and Michał Markowski (banking), Senior Associates James Finney and Owen Llewellyn (corporate), Associates Robyn Thompson, and Marijn Kloos (corporate), Junior Associate Nynke Corporaal (real estate), Attorneys at Law Grzegorz Barszcz (corporate) and Małgorzata Gołębiowska (banking).
