Strengthening Banking & Finance with Adrian Ziółkowski

Adrian Ziółkowski has joined the Polish office of Eversheds Sutherland on 2 January 2023. He will strengthen the Banking & Finance practice as an Of Counsel.

Adrian specializes in advising lenders, investors and borrowers on project finance, corporate & acquisition finance transactions, derivatives and debt restructuring. He has experience in financing renewable energy sources, wind, photovoltaic and battery projects, leveraged financing transactions, real estate financing and secured bond issues. His practice primarily involves negotiating and drafting loan facility and security agreements, intercreditor agreements, hedging agreements, legal opinions, coordinating the fulfilment of conditions precedent to loan drawdown and providing advice on structuring of the financing transactions and financial instruments and markets laws.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Adrian worked at leading British, American and Polish law firms.

Adrian is a graduate of the law faculties of the University of Warsaw and the University of Warwick (Certificate in English Law) and the joint Certificate in American Law program of the University of Florida and the University of Warsaw.
