Eversheds Sutherland Poland on the sale of companies from Costa Coffee Group

The Polish and Latvian offices of Eversheds Sutherland advised Costa Coffee Group on the sale of its Polish and Latvian subsidiaries to Lagardère.
The transaction included coffee shops located in Poland and located in Latvia, and involved a number of spin-offs and demergers of assets excluded from the transaction.
The Eversheds Sutherland team was led by Grzegorz Barszcz (Counsel, M&A) and included Maciej Tuszyński (Senior Associate, M&A), Dariusz Aziewicz (Senior Associate, Competition), Paweł Lasota (Senior Associate, Employment), Piotr Łada (Senior Associate, Data Protection and IP), Jowita Prokop (Senior Associate, Commercial) and Adam Nierzwicki (Counsel, Employment). Latvian part of the transaction has been handled by Dmitrijs Ņemirovskis (Senior Associate, Certified Data Protection Officer) of Eversheds Sutherland Bitāns.
