Eversheds Sutherland Wierzbowski advised LITGRID on the Harmony Link agreement – submarine interconnection between Poland and Lithuania

The Governments & Energy team from the Warsaw office of Eversheds Sutherland supported LITGRID AB, the Lithuanian Electricity Transmission System Operator, on the conclusion of the cooperation agreement regarding the construction of the “Harmony Link” submarine cable between Lithuania and Poland.

The “Harmony Link”, project worth approximately EUR 680 M, will be the second "energy bridge" between Poland and Lithuania – the first was the “LitPol” connection.

The Eversheds Sutherland team supporting LITGRID on the cooperation agreement comprised Partner Michał Drozdowicz, Senior Associate Łukasz Petelski and Aleksandra Nowak (all Governments & Energy), Krzysztof Feluch (Of Counsel, M&A), Senior Associate Joanna Polkowska and Associate Dr. Dariusz Aziewicz (both Commercial).
