Eversheds Sutherland Poland advised EWMAJ on the sale of over a dozen of FMCG shops to Stokrotka

The Polish office of Eversheds Sutherland advised EWMAJ on the sale of assets used for FMCG retailing and forming a chain of more than a dozen shops.

The Eversheds Sutherland Warsaw Office team was led by Grzegorz Barszcz (Counsel, M&A) and included Maciej Tuszyński (Senior Associate, M&A), Dr. Dariusz Aziewicz (Senior Associate, Competition), Paweł Lasota (Senior Associate, Employment), Piotr Łada (Senior Associate, Data Protection and IP), Rafał Piasecki (Associate, M&A), and Agnieszka Wierzbicka (of Counsel, Tax)

EWMAJ Jędrzejczyk i Spółka is a local family owned company operating a chain of FMCG shops under the TOP Market brand.

Stokrotka is a chain of nearly 900 supermarkets and grocery stores owned by the Lithuanian Maxima Grupe.
