Experience

She has particular experience advising domestic and foreign clients from industries such as household appliances, audio/video devices, FMCG, textiles, furniture and cosmetics in civil law matters, in particular contract law and advertising law.
She participates in public procurement projects and also has extensive experience advising companies in their day-to-day operations.
She is the author of articles in leading Polish dailies and trade publications. She is the co-author of Unfair Clauses in Consumer Contract Law (CH Beck, 2004, 2005), the author of Methods of Harmonization of Consumer Law in the EU and Their Impact on Implementation Processes in the Member States (Wolters Kluwer, 2013), and the co-author of Consumer Law in Practice (CH Beck, 2016). She is the co-author of two thematic blogs: EuroZamówienia on public procurement law and IP w sieci on consumer and e-business law.
She speaks regularly at conferences, and also develops and conducts consumer law workshops. She is a member of the Polish Association of European Law.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, where she completed the program at the British Law Centre in conjunction with the University of Cambridge. She held a scholarship at Erasmus University in Rotterdam and an internship at the European Commission in Brussels. She completed postgraduate studies in public procurement law at the Warsaw School of Economics. In 2012 she defended her dissertation on European consumer law at the Institute of Legal Sciences, Polish Academy of Sciences.

| Advising one of the largest home furnishings retailers on consumer complaints and all aspects of compliance with consumer law of the functioning of an online store for Polish consumers
| Advising one of the largest manufacturers of household appliances, audio/video devices, digital cameras, computers and mobile equipment on the legality of product labeling, ongoing advertising campaigns and compliance with the warranty for defective products and guarantee rights
| Advising manufacturers and distributors of leading clothing brands on legal aspects of consumer relations and communications

Dr. Aleksandra Kunkiel-Kryńska is a partner co-heading Commercial practice at Wierzbowski Eversheds Sutherland.

She specializes in consumer law. She has particular experience advising domestic and foreign clients from industries such as household appliances, audio/video devices, FMCG, textiles, furniture and cosmetics in civil law matters, in particular contract law and advertising law.

She participates in public procurement projects and also has extensive experience advising companies in their day-to-day operations.
